How do I restore a purchase?
Open the app, go to [Settings → Restore Purchases], and make sure you’re signed in with the same Apple or Google account used to buy.
Where is my data stored?
Most of our apps store data on your device. See our Privacy Policy for details.
How do I cancel a subscription?
Subscriptions are managed in your Apple or Google account settings, not inside the app.
3. Delete your account & data
You can request deletion of your account and associated personal data at any time. This satisfies the account-deletion requirements of the Apple App Store and Google Play.
In-app
Where an app has accounts, go to [Settings → Account → Delete account] and confirm. On-device data is removed when you delete the app.
By request
Alternatively, email [privacy@elunolabs.com] from the address associated with your account with the subject “Delete my data”. We will verify your request and delete your data within [deletion timeframe], except where we must retain certain records by law.
